Our sizes are mostly based on cm eg. When you see the size being 80, it will mean that it is suitable for a child who is of 80cm. For higher accuracy, refer to measurements that are available at every product page.

When you shop at our site, sometimes you might come across preorders for certain sizes. This will mean that the current sizing you are interested in are not in stock however you can place a preorder for it and the item will reach you on average in 2 - 3 weeks time.
If your order consists of a preorder, your entire order will only be shipped when that item comes. If you will like to receive your other items first, please make a separate order.
We currently offer the following kinds of shipping methods as seen below for deliveries within Singapore:

- Doorstep delivery - $3.80 (Free if you order above $50)
- Express Courier (receive within 2 working days) - $5
- Next Day Delivery - $7.50
All prices are stated in Singapore dollars (SGD). We accept Paynow, Paylah, PayPal and credit card payment online.

Can I return my purchase?
We do not accept returns or offer refunds.
Can I exchange my items?
Yes we accept exchanges in the event of wrong sizing. All items that are to be exchanged have to be with tags on, not been used, worn or washed. You'll have to drop us an email with the following details below at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days after we've sent out your order.

Once we have confirmed the return request, we will need you to either
- Return the product back to us via registered mail (shipping to be borne by buyer). After ensuring that the item is brand new and has not been used, worn or washed, we will send out the new item in the size you'll like to change to.
- Exchange with us at an agreed time & location
We reserve the right to refuse return of goods that do not meet our return policy requirements.
You may exchange for another item or opt for store credit (to be utilised within 3 months) in the event that the size of the original item you are exchanging for is no longer available.
Can I extend the expiry date of my store credit voucher?
Store credits are strictly non-refundable, non-extendable and non-transferable.
Do I have to use my store credits in a single transaction?
Yes. For unused store credit amount, they will not be reinstated or refunded.
What if I have purchased a defective item?
We will like to apologize for that. Please drop us an email with the following details below at email@example.com within 14 days after we've sent out your order.

Once we have confirmed, we will send out a brand new version of the exact item. Shipping will be borne by us. In the event that the item which was purchased is no longer available, you can pick another item which is of the same value (top up is required if it is higher in price) or receive a full refund,
